Dee Morgan
Principal – LLB
Dee is particularly passionate about employment law, and acts on behalf of both employers and employees. Employment law is governed by ‘good faith conduct’ which means two-way, open and honest conversations, and Dee can lead those conversations when either one or both parties has a communication breakdown.
Strong communication is required in all relationships, especially right at the beginning and when you’re nearing the end. Dee can assist with contracting out agreements and division of property settlements, as well as all aspects of relationship property law.
Dee feels privileged to assist migrants with their visas, help companies find good workers, and renew their existing migrants’ visas. She’s honoured to have been welcomed into their communities and to help people find a new start in Christchurch.
Dee cannot think of anything better to do, other than be the best lawyer she can be.
