Joan Prado

Joan studied Law at the University of Waikato. With hard work, diligence and by the grace of God, she graduated with First Class Honours. A big achievement while also juggling children and family responsibilities.

Joan was drawn to immigration law as a way to help fellow migrants settle in New Zealand. She recognises that approaching a foreign legal system can seem intimidating, so hopes to overcome language and cultural barriers within New Zealand's immigration system, making the resettlement process as smooth as possible.

Joan is also skilled at property conveyancing and can assist you with buying and selling property in the Hamilton Region. Joan is an experienced general law practitioner and can help you write your Will.

Joan enjoys cooking, and her children love her blend of traditional Filipino dishes with Italian cuisine. She also stays active by playing badminton.
